When attending a fitness class:

Wear shoes that are supportive and that do not grip too much on the floor.

Bring a towel and water.Drink plenty of water before, during and after the class.

Spectators are not allowed to view the class while in progress, you must be a participant to enter the class.

Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to participate in class.

Before starting this dance workout, please see your doctor for a check-up if you have a medical condition or to  make sure this exercise program is for you.

****PLEASE, NO SPECTATORS ARE ALLOWED DURING THE CLASS IN THE WORKOUT ROOM!****

What is Zumba?

Introducing women to weight lifting. Why? Because weight lifting builds muscle and burns fat not only in class but also afterward when you are on the couch relaxing. A toned body is a healthy body that you can be proud of and show off at the beach. This class takes you through a sequence of ultra effective moves to tone your entire body. Tank top arms, strong back, flat abs and sexy legs.
